Process Details 

      This line , oven laminating unit , pretreatment is from FPE ( Flat Product Equipment) where as the coating section is GFG USA. The line speeds at entire  section is 110 MPM maximum and 15 MPM minimum.  The line speeds at process section is 90 MPM maximum and minimum 15 MPM at exit section. The line incorporate reverses rolling technology. The line also has a unique feature of indirect re-injection where in the heat from solva fumes burnt in the incinerator are passed on the oven through a heat exchanger , which draws fresh air. The system is unique in India and is best suited for appliances grade and roofing grade. This is specially suited for roofing in the coastal areas.

     Coating thickness on top can vary from 10 microns to 15 microns. Coating  thickness on the reverse must be 10 to 20 microns. This includes primary coating also. This surface finish can be smooth , mat , high/ low gloss etc.
